Transitioned to a development leadership role to lead a team of five engineers to design and create a web application for managing setup of medical clinical trials. Quickly and efficiently learned how to handle managing timelines for deliverables as well as team development velocity. Implemented complex state management tools and components to smoothly display large amounts of data and reduce page load times. Managed and delivered multiple application releases with difficult features, improving user workflow efficiency.
